“Walking through the door was wonderful because of the appearance and great smell. Having daily house keeping whether you need it or not was nice. My only suggestion would be two wash clothes for each person in the room. One for your face and one for your body 😉 My husband fell in love with the location and convenient parking.”

“First, I immensely love the attention given conscientiously to every customer by all staff starting with the front desk, driver of shuttle, environmental staff, food services staff, the restaurant greeters, servers and atmosphere. The spaciousness, the history oriented connection and great desk efficiency and access for registration for attendees. The obvious dutifulness of the consistent work of the staff event coordinators for genuine comfort affordability. Thanks for asking. I didn’t...

“The room didn’t match the pictures shown on the site. Majority of the stay was good”

“Breakfast was ok. Free parking, which was easily accessible. Stayed at 3rd floor, which was ok referring to cleanliness.”

“We had 2 rooms. One was clean but the other had no wash cloth and the floor was vrey sticky and gross. Mold on the floor behind the bed. Hair in the bathroom sink and tub. Cable was terrible. No hair dryer. No coffee.”

“It had the bones to be a nice place, but no care given to the physical property. The lone person working the desk was quick and attentive, but clearly was not given much to work with. The inner hallway smelled and could use new carpet and paint. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and needed patching and painting, a serious deep cleaning, a new refrigerator that actually worked, drain in tge tub was broken, peeling formica in bathroom, a remote for the TV. There was zero decorative accents...

“Great place to stay in the Town Center. We had a fantastic time walking to Nando’s, Lego, and a costume contest. Also, we saw a live band in the Town Center and we went to Tupelo Southern Kitchen. The Cheesecake Factory was the last stop, where hubby got a strawberry cheesecake. The Hyatt Hotel never disappoints me when we stay. Our rooms were cleaned and breakfast was complimentary with our stay.”

“Amazing stay! Mrs. Jennifer was welcoming at check-in. The rooms were spacious and super clean. I will most definitely be back! My son is stationed nearby, and this will be the place for our family to stay every time. Amazing hotel!!!!!”

“We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

“The property was clean and close to event locations”

“Enjoying my stay at true Hilton”

“The only remark I have on this hotel is the set up of breakfast arrangements as this was hosted by a another company and the staff was a very slow.”
