“This property was located in a resort with several other cottages and homes yet it was nice and quiet. The cottage we stayed in was clean and was very well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Our get away was more about relaxing away from people so we didnt utilize the lake, but it was easily accessible just minutes from where we were. The hottub was clean and ready to use. “Loved it. It was a perfect setup for our family getaway and spending a weekend with my brother who is in a wheeelchair. Love that the ramp up to the door was ada compliant…. Only complaint was that the doorways was too small to accommodate his wheelchair but it all worked out :) ”

“The cabin is everything described in the listing. Very clean, inviting and well decorated. It was so peaceful sitting on the porch watching the wildlife and hearing the birds chirp while drinking your morning coffee. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family. We were there exploring the Bourbon as a weekend getaway.”

“It was such a beautiful property. Quiet and peaceful country living. The cabin itself had everything anyone could want. Very clean, very modern and just an overall joy to stay in such a wonderful place. We would love to come back for another stay in the future.”

“Very disappointed in the upkeep of the home. There is no pride of ownership. Worn and pealing deck. Caps missing from deck posts. Chunk of siding has a hole in it. Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. “My dad and I had a great stay at the cabin. We were in town for the PGA Championship at Valhalla and the cabin was a great place to unwind after a long day in the course. “The area is beautiful but this place was not worth it. As nice as the manager Suzanne was she couldn’t do anything and no one apparently makes sure things are clean and working between rentals. I guess the owners are to blame. They sure don’t take care of what they have. The deck was new. The view was nice. It was the only true part of their ad.”

“I booked this place for my BIL’s 40th. Three nights. It was 6 adults, 3 couples. We could not ask for a more centrally located place. Easy drives to all the great distilleries. But out of the way and peaceful. The views of the lake driving in were amazing. We saw deer and a turkey. You can’t quite see the lake but it’s so pretty from the back deck. When we arrived one of the bathroom showers wouldn’t stop running. I messaged the property manager and she and the owner got back to me right away....
