Basfamilj på RIver-Tiny House-vattnet

River front fishing cabin ligger vid Fish River. Fiske, grillning, kajakpaddling, eldstad. Allt levereras; fiskestänger, kajaker och flytvästar, grill med kol, eldstockar för lägerelden. Kabinen har en mycket inbjudande känsla. Nyrenoverad med alla nya apparater och möbler. Stege som leder till ett sovrum på övervåningen med en vidsträckt utsikt över floden. Bara 15 minuter från centrum av Fairhope och 35 minuter från sockersandstränderna i viken.

Njut av allt om fastigheten; kajaker, fiskestänger, grilla picknickområde med en ny Webber kolgrill, eldstad osv. Floden är en fantastisk plats att spendera tid på. Inuti det lilla huset vardagsrummet är en inbjudande plats att titta på en film eller fotbollsmatch. Mycket bekväm nedfylld soffa. 42-tums Smart TV. Vi erbjuder Youtube TV, som är den senaste (bästa) strömningstjänsten som tillhandahåller 70 av de bästa kabelkanalerna utan annonser, som är lätt att navigera. För att titta på filmer låter den smarta tv: n logga in på ditt Netflix- eller Amazon Prime-konto. Vi har Wifi-internet med massor av kraft (50-100mpbs). Du är inom gångavstånd från Big Daddys grill. Big Daddys är ett av de mest populära restaurangerna för avslappnad matplats som ligger vid floden (bästa krabba klor någonsin). På promenad till Big Daddys, stanna vid den historiska Marlow Ferry River Park. Färjan körde under 1800-talet för att hjälpa människor att gå fram och tillbaka över floden. Parkens skönhet påminner mig om en scen ur en film.

Perfect little getaway

This is our 2nd time staying here. The hosts have been excellent both times. Great location, perfect for kayaking, and easy fishing. If you're looking for a location near downtown Fairhope and close to the gulf, this is your place!

The cutest tiny house!

My husband and I booked this tiny house for a quiet getaway! It was perfect! We thought the loft area was quite cozy. We loved watching the boats pass by on the river. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast one morning. We would highly recommend this place! We were impressed with all of the information and the labels were very helpful. Michael was a pleasure to work with.

On the river

We loved this little cabin on the Fish River. It had everything we needed including many little things you'd never expect (like fishing gear and live bait). It's a great location. We also enjoyed the town of Fairhope.

December 1-3, 2023

I had plans to surprise my husband with reservations to stay at this tiny cabin on the river back in October!! We are local to the area and we had something come up that caused us to have to reschedule. The property owner, Michael, was more than understanding to accommodate us having to change our dates!! It was very easy and we’re thankful for how flexible he was! The cabin itself was so cute and quaint!! It was exactly what we love and was very clean and organized!! We grilled steaks the first night and were pleased to find all the essentials we needed for the charcoal grill provided for us!! We even had to text the property owner to ask if he had matches or a lighter to use and he was prompt to provide us an answer back!! All through the night and the next morning it had rained a lot, but we enjoyed having a slow Saturday morning listening to the rain hit the tin roof and watched a cozy Christmas movie in the living room!! The WiFi was very fast and worked great!! We honestly loved everything about our stay and have no complaints!! We also thought it was such a special touch to have welcome gifts when we arrived!! Overall, it was a wonderful place and we would love to stay again one day!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is a great little place to stay for a long weekend. The owners communication is top notch and the care they obviously have in making sure you have a great stay is very evident. The neighborhood is great (The neighbors two calico cats are the finest greeters there are, they made fishing so much fun!). It is a tiny cabin with alot of charm and thought put into it. We didn't want for anything while there (we didn't cook anything while there but there is a great array of things there to use). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Working getaway

We loved staying in baskin by the river! We kayaked up and down the river every day! The cabin was perfect! The owner was very nice and willing to help with whatever we needed. We would definitely recommend a river adventure!

Perfect little getaway!

Our stay at Bass-Kin on the River was everything I wanted it to be. The cabin is super cute and has everything you could need. Definitely get up early enough to watch the sun rise. We took the kayak’s out fishing and had so much fun! We plan to come back as soon as time allows.
