The main bathroom has marble throughout along with a bathtub and glass walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin sized bunk beds perfect for 4 people. The 4th bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a jack and jill style bathroom with double vanities and shower. All bedrooms have their own wall-mounted 4k Roku TVs as well.



OUTDOORS, you'll find the star of the home...a large shared pool and lounge deck equipped with numerous chaise lounge chairs, a dining table and chairs, and umbrellas in each area for shade. Just outside of the pool deck you'll find another private deck space featuring a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The outdoor spaces were designed for you to move seamlessly from swimming in the pool to roasting marshmallows at your private firepit to lounging on your private awning-covered lounge deck overlooking the pool, which opens into the kitchen.

Please note: There is a noise monitoring device, made by Minut, that is installed in the common area of the first floor which only monitors noise levels (no recording of voices). This device is used by Book Montrose solely for safety reasons so that we can be alerted if a smoke or carbon monoxide alarm is triggered, for example, and if violations to house rules, such as holding a party, are occurring. Other house rules: NO events or pets are allowed.
