This spacious custom built home caters well to large families and groups. Featuring an open kitchen adjacent to a formal dining room support entertaining and casual dining alike.

An additional upstairs living area and a large outdoor seating area make spreading out comfortably a joy to stay on property.

The backyard is a fully decked and furnished seating area; a pergola provides partial shade.

The rocking chairs on the screened front porch create an additional space that is perfect for coffee and reading.

And for a more authentic experience, cruise around town in the complimentary house golf cart like a true Fairhopian.

We love this house. We’ve here multiple times. The host is extremely responsive. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all that Fairhope has the offer.

Instead of explaining how to open door and leave a note that microwave doesn’t work use the other one I would recommend fixing the problems especially when asking top rates for this house that needs other updating and repairs. Boat sticking out of garage surrounded by a mess of clutter hinders the landscape too. Not a fan.

This property is top notch all the way around. The location is ideal for easy access to downtown. It’s laid out perfect for entertaining and well maintained. The host is very responsive but we didn’t have any issues while staying there so didn’t need to contact her during the visit. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

My husband's siblings / spouses like to plan annual trips. I booked The Emerson house and must say it exceeded all of our expectations. Location was perfect for running back and forth shopping. We ate at Tamara's, Kingfishers and Section Street pizza and they were all off the charts. Check in-Check out was a breeze. Will definitely book again. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen. The layout was perfect for us.

We had a great stay with family at Emerson house. The kids loved walking down to the pier each night for awesome sunsets. Went to the park with splash pad nearby. House was better/bigger in person than it showed in the pictures, with high ceilings.

Fairhope visit for a wedding

We Loved the spacious and comfortable layout , quiet location with walkable distance to downtown and the many nice amenities offered at the house. Quick response to our questions from the manager/owner. We were only in FH 4 nights but would very much enjoy revisiting this property. 18 Cliff St was highly recommended by friends that had previously rented the property .

Perfect Fairhope House

We loved staying at the Emerson House. Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all that Fairhope has to offer. Thanks to Beth for making check in very easy. We will definitely be back.

This house was amazing.

We rented for my family for my daughter's wedding in Fairhope. The bridal party got dressed, makeup and hair and it was perfect. It is well stocked and the living areas and front porch were so comfortable. Everyone loved being there.

PERFECTION IN FAIRHOPE!!

I can't say enough great things about this property. My adult family stayed here for a long weekend and all were so impressed with the beauty of the home, the furnishings, and the surrounding neighborhood - none of us wanted to leave! We took frequent walks to the Bay and to the shops downtown. The property manager was so responsive and attentive. We look forward to staying in this home on many future trips to Fairhope.

Weekend on the Cliff

The house was perfect in every way!! We came to Fairhope for a long weekend with friends and the house did not disappoint. It was perfect location to town, restaurants and the Bay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and a great bar area. The outside porch was a great area in the evening for wine and conversation. We can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect location and soooo nice!

The home was beautiful and just a short walk to the pier. We stayed there with family and friends for my daughter’s wedding, and we rented the Bay House Estate just around the corner for her bridal party. It was the perfect combination of properties for an event of that type, and the property manager was very accommodating. I definitely recommend this property!
