“Our stay was okay, but I felt we were not informed on most of the facilities and what was available to us and our children. (Perhaps because we booked through a third party?) Our suite was clean and the beds were comfortable, though the lodge is very dated. The kitchenette was just very basic and the supplies were minimal. Bring everything you need and it will work fine. I did appreciate the clean linens and towels and adult robes for the pools. The kids had fun, but I'd probably not book...

“We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. ”

“The stay at Kanata was good. The bed was great, which is important. However, the bathroom was in need of some maintenance. From toilet water issue to bathtub draining REALLY slow. The continental breakfast has lots of room for improvements”
