Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of your recent stay with us in Fairmont Hot Springs. I'm sorry to hear about the hot water - we will certainly have our maintenance team look into that. It was hot and sunny last week with temps in the 30C's - perfect weather for a float down the river or hanging out at one of the beaches.
