“I love the location of this hotel. It’s convenient for a 1 night stay. It doesn’t have the amenities such as microwave and frig in each room or breakfast but it is clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The price for the room was very reasonable.”

“The one switch on the Wall to put the light on and off when you enter the room was not working, hence one had to scramble in the dark to turn individual light switches on. There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night.”

We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. “I would not recommend staying at this property. While the facilities were clean and the front desk staff was friendly, we were charged again for our stay after paying in full through Expedia. I have attempted calling multiple times over the last week to get this issue resolved but each time I call I am told that the manager is not in and I will have to call again tomorrow. It’s been over a week and I cannot even speak to the manager to start the process of getting my refund back. ”

The front staff were ( always) in the back rather than being available when customers were present during a busy time. “When I booked this hotel I thought it would be new and fresh. I was so wrong. The front desk staff was only ok at check in. Not so welcoming. The hotel felt old and not so clean. The room was horrible. Located at the first floor and not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and the lobby. The furnitures felt old and outdated. The room didn't smell good and was dark. Tv was old and not modern. Cleaning was ok, not so good. Breakfast was below average. Staff not so friendly....

“We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now. We enjoy our stay as the rooms have been recently refinished. The room is cozy, however the small negatives are the bathroom sink lacks space (no space for toiletry bag or any items) and the parking in the center court is very narrow for large vehicles. Beds are comfortable and the ac units do the job. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna on this trip. The electronic checkin (you get code and room number via text)works get as the office isn't staffed....
