“This is still our favorite place to stay for our anniversary. There's been a LOT of changes since last we visited! There were some full trash bags around the back of the A-frame this time, making me think someone was enjoying the place only days before we arrived. There are also several new covered structures being built. While I expected this from my last conversation with the owner during our last visit, it was still a shock. I would love to know how the rental/visits are going to work once...

“The home was beautifully built and we were very excited to be able to gather at a place that could accommodate all of us, fourteen in all plus one dog. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and seen how filthy it was. As a person that lives in a log home myself and also as a previous VRBO owner I understand the care it takes to keep a house like that clean. The walls were covered in dust and dirt, the staircase was covered in dust, dirt and animal hair. There were dead flies all over and mice...
