“Room was very clean and neat.”

“When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.”

Des oeufs brouillés au lieu de 2 sortes d'omelettes aurait été un meilleur choix et pas de pain, que ce soit pain brun ou blanc seulement des bagels ??? Laver nos cheveux avec du body wash n'est pas très génial alors au lieu de 2 bouteilles de Body wash, une de shampoing aurait été préférable ”

“3/23/26: Beware: This hotel is not open. It has been abandoned for the last 9 months. My family went to check in and it was not open. Thankfully we were able to find a nearby hotel. ”

“Did not have a microwave in room. Had a sliding door that very difficult to slide. Told them about it and they were supposed to send someone. Never happened I was there two more days. Towels had hair in them that were not mine.”

“They took a deposit fee, which they withdrew from my account instead of reserving the funds, and I still haven’t received the money back.”

“When we came in to check in there was an odd smell in the lobby. It was clean looking, but it needs a fresh smell when you first walk in. The room also had a stale smell. The room was ok and we felt safe at the facility.”
