“Upon learning the pool was in repair, and has been for some time, after riding in 30c all day, we were quite disappointed. The lady at check in seems dismissive and sarcastic that we were not impressed. Asking us if we were planning to swim some laps??? We needed to cool off - sadly one of the ladies in our group explained that to her. The lady at the check in said she would let the manager know. My point was we should have been notified of the pool being broken so 1. we didn't look forward...

“One of the most unique rooms and hotels in which I have ever stayed. Could use some updating, but a great night. Stairs to the bed in the loft, a jacuzzi in the living room, and a tunnel to the pool and hot tub. Hotel has a games room and what appeared to be a bike shop/fitness room. The waterslide is very slow and the hot tub overlooks the highway. Included breakfast was underwhelming. Location and views over the mountains were amazing.”

“Jag åkte 1 vecka med mina 2 vuxna söner. Skidåkning 6 dagar. Utanför hotellet går en shuttle till Fernie ski resort, tar ca30 min kostar 8cdr ToR. Hade egen bil, kostnasdsfri parkering på hotellet mycket bra, ingång från denna till boot-room. Personalen trevlig. Bra sängar (160cm), stora rum, saknar torkskåp eller motsvarande på rummet. "Relax-avdelning" med bastu och varmvattenpool. Det finns vanlig pool för den som vill simma, i dennes anslutning finns "game-room" med biljard. Hotellet...
