“the property was great. the check in process (for me anyway) was poor. There was no one on property. I was supposed to get an email at noon on the day of check in and I didn't. I had to call and get them to send me an email while on the mountain top. Then I had to reenter all of my info to get the access code . It was a painful process with mountain wifi access. after that process, it went smoothly.”

“The floor in our room was filthy. The bottom of our feet and socks were black. Would be beneficial if the floors were cleaned wth soap and water after each guest use. Also, the sheets were old and didn’t fit the mattress properly.”

“We liked the property. Our cabin was right on the river. We had one of the cabins with a private hot tub, which was nice on the colder days. The cabin was very convenient to town and to the RMNP. The only note I'd suggested for travelers is to bring your own cookware. The pans were scratched up, so I didn't know if they were safe to use. I'm glad we brought our own cast iron skillet. We also used the grill on the deck, which worked well.”

“My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by coziness of our room. From the peaceful sights/sounds of the river water right off of our balcony to the functioning appliances including a gas grill. We were very satisfied and quite relaxed after our stay. Definitely more bang for our bucks.”

“The location is very convenient, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room has a microwave, and the refrigerator is very nice. However, the toilet frequently malfunctioned, and the bathtub drain was constantly clogged.”

“This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

“Stayed for 2 nights with two kids. Indoor pool was great. Hot tub was relaxing. Could’ve used one more waffle maker in the mornings, as there was a line for that. Room was nice, though it didn’t appear to be vacuumed that well. Overall, would definitely stay there again.”

“Our room was older, but large & nicely furnished. They could add a few hooks for towels in the bathroom & sink area, but otherwise the bed was comfy, perfectly quiet tho the property was nearly full.”

“The hotel was incredibly clean and the cleaning crew came daily to replenish towels and make beds. They offered breakfast daily with hot coffee which is a great start for the day. Need to make a special shoutout for the front desk staff who joyfully let us check in a bit early since they had a room ready. All in all this was a great property within a short driving distance to everything downtown Estes.”
