“The staff was friendly, the rate was very economical. When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working, the front desk puts on the first floor close to the desk & laundry. It was a little noisy because of this. We had trouble with our room keys not working, had to change out several times. We never received room service, had to exchange our towels for clean ones at the front desk. Never took part in free breakfast or pool. We have stayed here in the past, not the same.
