“BEWARE. Do not recommend. Upon entering the hotel it was very chemical smelling. Had to wait forever to get checked in. Lady seemed disshelved. Strangest check in I’ve experienced. Hallways smelled of smoke and marijuana despite being a smoke free facility. Room was not very clean. Toilet dirty. Debris on floor. Stains on sheets. Hair in the bed. Outdated. After 12 hours in the car I tried to look past it and just rest so we could continue the drive the next morning… that was until I saw signs...

“The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.”

“The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.”

“Very worn down property, the shampoo comes in a ketchup packet and the “soap” is as big as a quarter. Door to the room took multiple attempts to open from the outside. Barely any towels.”

“The rooms were great very spacious and clean for the most part. The carpets would benefit from a carpet cleaner but overall great room. The staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel is in a great area, plenty of restaurants and stores to go to close by. I would most definitely stay here again.”

“I booked this hotel for a lacrosse tournament and wouldn't do it again. The location was poor, the neighborhood was not great and we stayed on the 3rd floor with bars on the window. Upon arrival, there were broken toys outside which made it appear that people were living in the hotel and someone was actually selling a car in the parking lot. The room was run down and the bathroom was gross, with a film in the tub.”

“The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again.”

“Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there”

“The hotel is easy to access in Northern Indianapolis. The hotel had its best days some time ago. Rooms are fitted with a kitchen and a sitting area. Breakfast-to-go is offered but is of little value. A Panera coffee house is available a few blocks away. Our room was not properly vacuumed (really dirty) which was fixed only after quite some time-comsuming complaining. The receptionist didn"t allow a call to the maneger/owner.
