“4 disgusting leering men present at 2am. This motel was so filthy and stunk like mold and curry. I told them I was canceling the reservation as the hotel was in unacceptable condition and I felt unsafe. They instead marked me as a no show and refused to refund me for the stay. Contacted the insurance I paid for. It can take a year to get my money back if the insurance even decides to pay & super complicated filing protocol for the insurance. Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel I ever had…”

“Room was not clean it was 4:00-45 or pass that time. We were tired and out appointments had to be rescheduled due to room not being ready. Staff was not welcoming or courteous even after the tremendous problem.”
