“They staff are not that helpful, and they never clean my rooms they changed the towels everyday but no cleaning. I spoke with the front desk people and they show no care and the supervisor told me that's personal after I bought the situation to her attention”

“Nice hotel. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including the typical Texas shaped waffle iron 😊.
I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed.
Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat.
I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area.”

“The front desk staff were all great, so helpful! The gym is amazing here: Peloton bike, weights, a rack of weight balls, cardio machines. The breakfast was ok, happy to see real plates - sustainable for once - but the oatmeal kept running out. Besides oatmeal there weren’t that many healthy choices.
Still, was a good hotel. ”

“Bra frukost, lite väl mycket socker i allt och lite klent kaffe. Tyvärr har de flesta hotell städning med stinkande parfymer, så även detta.”
