Spacious Waterfront Cottage with Privacy and Stunning Views

Welcome to a beautiful 1.5 acre waterfront property! Amazing level of privacy here, as the cottage sits on a point of land and at the end of the road. A gorgeous cottage with all the amenities of home, and a beautiful lake view!

The space
Walking into the cottage, you will see the large open living room which offers lots of natural light, and a good view of the lake no matter where you sit. The dining area easily seats 8 people, and is a great place for family games. The kitchen is gorgeous with it's natural wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. After you are done with your meals, just put everything into the dishwasher and enjoy some family time!

Or, enjoy a coffee from a Keurig machine. The cottage is equipped with Apple TV, and many board games for you to enjoy.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a 3pc en suite, where you can soak in the classic deep French tub while enjoying views to the gorgeous outside. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds. All three bedrooms are spacious enough for a crib (we have a travel crib available). The fourth room has been converted into an office if you need to do some work during your stay.

The cottage was designed so that people can stay up late and talk in the living/dining area while the bedrooms are along a quiet corridor. One of the main features of this cottage is the windows offering views on the lake and the surrounding tree-filled landscape. In the living room there are eight large windows with a screened panel at the top of each window. The dining area has sliding doors that open on to the large wrap-around deck.

Enjoy Barbecuing and dining outdoors on the large deck overlooking the lake. The view of the lake from the deck is lovely. The access to the front yard and waterfront is from the basement walk-out. From there, a path leads down to the waterfront. The lot is fairly level, and nicely landscaped with ornamental grasses and natural looking gardens. There is a firepit to enjoy a family campfire. The large floating dock allows room to relax near the water, and there is a ladder on the end for easy access to the deep swimming. We have 1 canoe and 3 kayaks available for your enjoyment, as well as 2 paddle boards.

Coe Island Lake is truly one-of-a-kind! The water is very clear as the lake is spring -fed, and the lake warms up quickly in the summer. The water drops off for nice clean deep swimming and there is a small island out front.

The cottage is fully winterized so you can enjoy all four seasons here. While summers are a great time to visit, the winters and fall in this area are truly majestic. In the winter, there are a lot of trails for snowmobiling, hiking and snow-shoeing or cross country skiing. Or, simply take the kids sledding on one of the many sloped areas nearby.
