“The room was spotless and they let us book in early. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were slightly disappointed when we tried to order a sandwich for lunch and were told there would be a 2 hour wait as they had 2 parties to cater for but we understood. ”

“The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again.”

“Nice welcome, shown to our room which was spotless and nice and warm, the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom, soft towels and plenty of hot water. Nice evening meal in the restaurant,good selection on the menu. Breakfast menu was good, and well prepared. Nice and friendly staff..we would definitely stay again. ”

“Very nice hotel, only downside is that the doors are quite thin so you can hear noise coming from the hallway. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. Nice location and beautiful garden. ”
