“Our first room literally smelled like raw sewage. They changed our room to a room that smelled, but at least it wasn’t raw sewage. I travel all the time and never give a bad review. I went to the bistro and ordered an old-fashioned. They charged me $12 and I left a three dollar tip charge to my room. 10 minutes later a different bartender told me that I can’t make it a room charge and gave me a new bill charging $14 without telling him you should raise the price. “Just loved the place! Excellent service, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quiet and nice (big plus for the makeup mirror in the bathroom;)), good food in the restaurant, complimentary drink every evening, small but very nice breakfast Definitely will come back! ”

“We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.”

“Good food, rooms were excellent, clean, plenty of room. Breakfast area... was CROWDED, so be aware that there tends to be a heavy load in there with not a lot of room, and... the seating is kinda weird. E.g. lots of "fancy" stuff instead of plain tables you can sit and eat comfortably.”

“They switched to a TV cable network hard for old people to get their channels. Phone in room did not work unable to call the desk. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone s howed up at the desk.”

“Amazing hotel staff and brand new hotel. Everything about our stay was great. went out of their way to welcome our group traveling together.”

“The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean. The breakfast was also delicious. However, the rooms were extremely outdated, with worn and damaged furniture, torn wallpaper, and visible stains throughout. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned! It was very disappointing to see such poor room conditions from an otherwise reputable brand, as the overall appearance was quite unappealing.”
