“Rent rum, mycket trevlig personal!”

“It's on a mall which gives you tons of shopping and dining options, but when I booked, I was excited about the Mountain View. Floor two is largely a view of a parapet wall and the mall. Teeny sliver of mountains. The receptionist parroted the company line that "all the rooms had a Mountain View" very disappointed!”

“The coffee machine in the lobby seemed to always be empty. The ice was just crushed and it too was always empty. No kleenex in room. Needs more soft lighting in room such as lamps. Overhead lights were so bright. Faucet in bathtub was not wiped down. All water spots.”

“Great stay. Clerk was helpful about what restaurants would deliver food to the hotel. Friendly staff.”

“Clean and nice room.”

“ Nice and friendly. Clean room.”

“Liked cleanliness, amenities, comfortable beds and quiet.”

“So terrible it is a pity I can’t give you 0/10. Personal awful. Hotel conditions terrible.”

“Hotel is in an nice and quiet area. Some maintenance needed for keeping the Tv and rooms in a good condition. Breakfast has some standard items but you need to microwave the frozen omelet, sandwich and hamburger. Sometimes three were a lot of items missing during breakfast. ”

“Very pet friendly. Clean; quiet; good breakfast in a nice room.”
