âThe hotel was very clean & new. Front desk clerks were very helpful & courteous. The pool water was a little too cold, but wasn't bad or a problem. The handle on the bathroom in a handicap room needed a minor repair, but again, wasn't bad. âLikes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available.

âEmployees went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of. New ownership company and the entire resort is under a major remodel and renovation, so things were a little of sorts. I am extremely excited to see the changes over the next year or so. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable along with phenomenal water pressure in the shower.
