External Description



Villa Carovi is located in Favignana, the largest of the Egadi Islands in Sicily. The property boasts a large private, fenced Mediterranean garden (about 15,000 sqm) with lawn and several plants, overlooking the sea. Within the garden you will find: some lounge areas under wooden sunshade pergolas, a barbecue area (with sink), and a dining table for 8, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals surrounded by a natural, authentic scenery.

The outdoor spaces are enhanced by a delightful pool (3 x 5 m, depth 1.6 m), open from April to November, and equipped with a shade sail and loungers.

Guests also have access to an outdoor shower (with ambient temperature water) and private parking for two cars.



Internal Description



Villa Carovi consists of two separate housing units, harmoniously integrated into the landscape, and designed in a contemporary island style that highlights local materials and traditional influences. The entire property is spread over one single level (ground floor), can accommodate up to 8 guests and includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available on request. Pets are not allowed.



- Unit 1: The first house can accommodate up to 4 people and offers a splendid view of the garden and the sea. Inside, it features a bright living area, furnished in a modern style with a double sofa bed, tv, and dining table for 4 people. This is followed by a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with direct access to the outside.

Finally there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower and bathtub).



- Unit 2: The second house can host up to 4 people and includes a cozy living area with tv, armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

The sleeping area is made up of 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom (with shower, not ensuite).

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Any extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
