Completely refurbished in 2026, with no expense spared, this exceptional five-bedroom, five-bathroom villa has been thoughtfully designed for families and friends to enjoy quality time together in one of the most beautiful regions of France. Set within two acres of private landscaped gardens and approached via a quiet private road with electric security gates, the villa enjoys breathtaking panoramic views towards the medieval hilltop village of Fayence and the surrounding Provençal countryside.

Our stunning master suite occupies the upper floor and is accessed via an elegant spiral staircase. Featuring a magnificent vaulted ceiling, luxurious open-plan bathroom and private terrace overlooking Fayence, it provides a peaceful sanctuary to begin and end each day.

A further guest suite on the lower level opens directly onto the gardens, offering additional privacy for guests who prefer their own space.

The beautifully landscaped gardens extend across approximately two acres, offering complete privacy, mature planting and numerous terraces from which to enjoy the magnificent views.

The centrepiece is undoubtedly the large heated swimming pool.

Designed for both relaxation and family fun, it benefits from an automatic safety cover and is surrounded by:

Our eldest son is a wheelchair user, and the refurbishment allowed us to ensure the main living accommodation was designed with accessibility in mind.

The entire principal floor is on one level and includes a fully accessible bathroom, allowing guests with reduced mobility to enjoy the villa comfortably without compromising on luxury or style.
