Adventure just a little further and you will be in the center of Fayetteville’s one of a kind Downtown district complete with the historic square, Dickson St, shops, and local restaurants. The fun continues at home with a ping pong table, baggo, and a backyard with a fire pit, hammock, grill, and seating.

When you walk into our home, you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for comfortable, memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating, and a dining table! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make a meal or just a good cup of coffee. In the garage you'll find our second hang out space with a ping pong table!



Spend time in the backyard oasis! It is furnished with seating, a charcoal grill, a hammock, and a fire pit!



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three beds:

(1) The primary bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, closet, and en suite bathroom.

(2) The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, closet, and has a nearby bathroom.

(3) The couch in the living room pulls out into a Queen size bed.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Located right by the college campus! Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Parking is prohibited in front of mailboxes and on the grass.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
