Poor rating is due an issues that should never happen, if it does happen that should corrected right away. This issue was not fixed 10 days later. What makes it worst, staff knows about it and they do not telI you about the major safety issue that is going on. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk what we encounter by the North door while taking the luggage to our car. The answer was that she wasn't informed about it the issue ( we were there for 10 days ). Advice, ask for the rooms on the south end (main entrance side) If the issue is not fixed you will be putting extra steps going to your room.
Place was renovated and rooms look good, new decor, clean. Breakfast okay, nothing special. First roomie were in, fridge was iced-up. We got moved to another room. Second room, toilet seat cracked, got replaced. On the 26th we went to Branson, when we came back next day, there was water on the floor, Housekeeper must run dishwasher. We notified front desk and didn't use it again. Just bought Dawn and a scrub sponge. New Year would be considered quiet if it wouldn't be for some people who decided to play basketball at 3am. I'm pretty sure those were not the guest since we saw three day before that a group of people from the local housing next to the hotel enjoying the game.Location of the hotel is great near the highway, few restaurants and bars. Close to the University.
