Two king bedrooms, a soaking-tub master bath, a private balcony and a fenced yard, about 3.5 miles (10 to 15 min) from the U of A and Razorback Stadium and 4.5 miles from Dickson Street. Built for game weekends, family visits, and trips with the dog.

MAIN FLOOR

· Living room with two leather Chesterfield sofas, gas fireplace, and a large TV with streaming remote

· Dining table for 6 under a beautiful floral chandelier

· Full kitchen: granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook

· Coffee bar with a K-cup carousel and drip coffee maker

· Half bath for guests

· French doors to the back deck, pergola, hot tub, and fully fenced in yard



UPSTAIRS

· Master suite: king bed, vaulted ceiling, TV, and French doors to a private covered balcony with a bistro patio set

· Master bath: large walk-in closet, double vanity, freestanding soaking tub, and a glass walk-in shower

· Bedroom 2: king bed with a vaulted ceiling, TV

· Bedroom 3: two twin beds, great for kids or friends traveling together

· Jack-and-Jill bath with a tiled walk-in shower, shared by bedrooms 2 and 3

· Washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry area



OUTSIDE

· Covered front porch with rocking chairs and a second-story balcony with bistro set

Guest Access:

You have the entire house to yourselves: all three bedrooms, both full baths and the half bath, the kitchen, living room, front porch, balcony, fenced backyard, hot tub, and the 2-car garage.



· Self check-in with a keypad door code, sent before arrival

· Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM

· Garage parking for 2 cars plus the driveway and additional street parking

· EV charger in the garage, included with your stay

· Hot tub is available for guest use

· Washer and dryer, iron, and hair dryer available for use



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 4 miles from University of Arkansas



Getting Around:

Just step off the front porch and onto the Razorback bus stop (Route 35) for a quick ride to the University of Arkansas stadiums. No hassle trying to find a parking spot during game day!!



Other Things to Note:

· Dogs welcome: up to 2 dogs, $75 per pet per stay. No cats.

· Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for the neighbors.

· Primary guest must be 18 or older. No parties or events.

· Getting around: the home is about 3.5 miles west of campus. Drive (10 to 15 min) to the University or catch the Razorback bus from the stop right off the front porch.
