Nice place to stay
We visited our family. This house was perfect size for my mother father wife and 1 year old. It was clean and close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again

Loved the house...extremely clean and most needed things were available. My suggestions are: have plastic wrap/baggies available. Went to open curtains in living room and the rod fell. My husband put back up but someone may want to check on this. EXTREMELY hard to open door leading into laundry room/kitchen. Also, was given the entry code but no one mentioned that you must push button first, enter code and then turn lock. Was frustrating until we learned how/what to do. Should be in instructions. The door knob on main bedroom is lose and needs repair. Suggest having a Keurig on site or mention one is not provided. I am aware there are some negatives here but overall the house was great! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Encountered Problems During Our Stay!
Overall, I was not really pleased with this property for several reasons.
1. Had issues with the keyless lock. A worker for the property had to drive 20 minutes to the house to unlock the door for me. My family and I waited outside at the property for over an hour trying to open up the door and waiting for someone to come help us get entry inside the home. It would be helpful for the owner to provide instructions to open the door. Or, have a Ring unit installed to talk with the renters and provide help to unlock the door.
2. There was no signal, so neither the Internet, nor the TV's worked.
3. Neighbors across the street and in the neighborhood blasted music for hours.
4. Light bulbs in one of the bathrooms flickered for hours. I couldn't reach it to unscrew it.
The house itself was nice, but these other factors just made it so that we didn't get the rest and quiet that we really needed after driving all day to reach the area. I doubt it if we will utilize this property again for our next trip to Fayetteville.

Everything was great and exactly as the property manager said it would be.
I had a wonderful time and most definitely will make the decision to stay again if needed. Everything was close and we had a great time. Check in was easy amd the property manager was great. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Best place to stay in Fayetteville, North Carolina
Our son serves in the military at Fort Liberty. In the past year and half we have stayed in different rentals. I rate this the best of all of them. It’s the little things that make a difference, like luggage racks to put your luggage on, toothbrushes in case you forget yours, and real coffee maker. This place was very cleaned and there is plenty of room for the family. I highly recommend staying here and it is definitely the place we will stay when visiting our son.

Good, clean and easy to get to.
Overall we had a nice stay. It was clean, easy to get to, and was fairly dog friendly. Our only issue was that the fence doesn’t enclose so we had to watch our dog very closely to ensure she did not get out into the street. Otherwise it was a good stay and we will be booking again when we go back to that area.

Home away from home!!!
If you are looking to have a family get away, look no further!
The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood. The home is clean and filled with everything you need.
There is plenty of room to spread out and relax.
We for sure have now found our “home away from home” in Fayetteville!

Security
In preparing for bed, we checked the windows and found both living room window unlocked. They are the type of windows that can appear "locked" but are not. We have some like it at home. Please pull up on the bottom of the window once you think they are locked.
