This modern farmhouse has two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a closet. The second bedroom is outfitted with a full-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a closet. There is also an air mattress and futon for additional sleeping arrangements.

-- BATHROOMS --
There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The first full bathroom is attached to the primary bedroom. The second full bathroom is attached to the second bedroom. The half bathroom is located in the hallway on the second level. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
After watching a Razorback game or taking in a day of sightseeing, prepare your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find all new stainless steel appliances.

Sip on morning coffee or tea on the back deck and take in the beautiful Northwest Arkansas sunrise. Complimentary coffee and tea provided.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.


- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors.


- NO Pets: If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
