The estate’s exterior is designed for large groups to enjoy. Its impressive chlorine pool, measuring 14 x 7 metres with depths ranging from 1.10 m to 2.70 m, provides the perfect spot to cool off on warm Mediterranean days. Adjacent to the pool, an extensive fenced garden ensures privacy and a safe environment for the whole family. Two furnished terraces offer ideal spaces for relaxation or alfresco dining, while the barbecue area is perfect for hosting memorable dinners under the stars. An outdoor toilet adds further convenience.

Inside, the house combines cosy comfort with traditional touches, such as the fireplace in the living room—perfect for group gatherings—complemented by a Smart TV and satellite television. The dining area, open to the fully equipped kitchen with gas burners, creates a spacious and practical space for shared meals. The main house accommodates four double bedrooms: three on the ground floor, alongside a bathroom with a shower and separate WC, and one on the first floor with an en-suite shower room. A separate annex contains two further bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, as well as en-suite shower rooms. Ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen-diner, and bedrooms help keep the interiors comfortable during warmer periods.
