Teuler Petit is a 150-year-old, converted farmhouse for 8 people, available for rent in a beautiful rural setting near the small village of Cas Concos, Felanitx, Mallorca, just 1.4 km away. All the original rustic features have been retained to create a Mallorcan-style home full of character. The outdoor area is magnificent, with a large pool area and a well-maintained garden with a lawn.

The finca is spread over two floors. From the entrance/dining room, there is direct access to the living/dining room with access to the side terrace. A rustic, spacious kitchen also has access to the garden. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A utility room with a washing machine is also located on this floor.

On the first floor, a hallway leads to a terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and the mountains in the distance. Here you will find three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom: two with a double bed and one with two single beds.
