Seebrauer is located on the Afritzer See, with a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The good accessibility, between the large ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen, Tarvisio and Kranjska Gora and the beautiful cities such as Villach and Klagenfurt in the vicinity, makes the location ideal. The lakes Feldsee, Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Faakersee and Wörthersee are all reachable within 10 to 30 minutes by car. The Austrian lakes are known for the good water quality and the wide variety of water sports activities. Carinthia has the most hours of sunshine and with the mild climate the right weather conditions for your holiday almost all year round.
The apartment is located in the historic building Seebrauer. The apartments have been completely renovated and are equipped with all modern comforts. The historic building does not reveal the modern renovated apartments on the outside. The old beer brewery enjoys many details of the past that have been preserved.

Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia is less than 100 km from us and is worth a visit.
Trieste, on the Italian coast, is 120 km away, indicating that the location is ideal for various excursions.

The mountains such as Palnock, Wollanernock, Gerlitzen and the mountains around Millstätter See and in Bad Kleinkirchheim, guarantee the most beautiful walks and views.
