“The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!”

“This was our third visit to The Ivy. We chose to celebrate our 10th anniversary there and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is always top notch from the moment you arrive. We waited in the lobby until until 4pm and got our key but the cleaning staff was still cleaning the room so we sat in the lobby for another 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished. “When we arrived at the hotel in the morning, we were told we could leave our luggage, but the restaurant was having electrical issues, so we would have to eat at other nearby restaurants. However, when we returned in the evening to check in, we were informed that our room also had electrical problems—specifically, the air conditioning wasn't working, making it uncomfortable. They offered to cancel our stay on the spot. We were shocked and forced to look for another hotel immediately;...

“We had a nice stay easy check in great room”

“This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!”
