“I feel bad that I have had to give a mix rating because I feel everything about our stay was going well until I suffered food poisoning. I woke up at 2am in a lot of pain and spent two hours in the bathroom vomiting. Earlier that day I had the king prawns and at dinner I had the flat iron steak. “We had some really nice days at Clivedon House. If anything, we didn't really fancy Astor Grill and would have welcomed a larger choice of eating places. A place to buy some small stuff like chocolate bars, soft drinks and beer/wine would also have been nice. Apart from these details we were very happy with our stay. The walks that the surroundings are offering are really very nice with a lot of history to it.”
