“A fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. Our bedroom (superior room) was exceptionally large as was the bathroom. King size bed really comfy. Dined in the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed an exquisite meal. “It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. ”

“Advantages: The room was clean, fresh, and stylish. The bathroom was elegant. Very good breakfast. Relatively central location. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Disadvantages: The room lacks a wardrobe(!). The room lacks a safety box. Many rooms are located on the ground floor with limited views. If you don't have a car and arrive by train, it's a 20-minute walk from the station along a country road. Note: Incredibly, they have installed a white plastic shower curtain in the very elegant...
