“This place is heaven on earth. The rooms are large and stunningly well decorated. The staff is amazing. It's run like a high end game safari destination. Lots to see on the property's large private reserve. You won't find the diversity and huge numbers of game available in Kruger, Botswana, Namibia, etc. This is more of a place for people who have already had their serious safari experience and are looking for a gorgeous property for rest and relaxing and feeling pampered.”

“The accomodation was pretty ok. The dorm looked well and the beds were nice. However, one guest that is apperently staying longterm, ruined my complete night. Clearly under influence he touched me while I was sleeping. He was very loud in his sleep and caused me nightmares. Apparently he had been staying there for a long time what I think is unacceptable. “There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host.”

“Underbemannat hotell. Vi bodde i sviten som var 5-stjärnig och bodde där 2 nätter utan att se en enda från personalen bortsett från kökspersonalen. När vi anlände var det en servitör som fick leda oss till rummet, vi fick ingen hjälp med att bära väskor eller liknande. Vi fick absolut ingen 5-stjärnig upplevselse.”
