“Upon check in the reception blackmailed us for more money or no keys .
This location is in the middle of no where and with no choice we paid extra funds above and beyond the tax and fee we paid via Expedia for full paid stay .
The hotel advertise it self as 5 stars .
This is no 5 stars and have a huge sign as you walk in glamping site . And that’s really what it is
The site is dirty old and have trash every where
The rooms smell and dirty
Sketchy figures every where making it very...

“Decent hotel! A really Big hotel and since the room was not in the Malin building it was very confusing getting to the room, Teo elevators and some walking distance. The pool was empty so we could not use it.
However they were friendly and tried their best to help us.
Not the most modern Roma but good, beds comfortable and decent sized. Breakfast good. Betlehem and the West bank=great!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s staff was amazing ,very helpful and friendly including staff in the reception and in the restaurant . It’s location is perfect ( located in the heart of the city) . The food was perfect and delicious. The hotel and it rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will sure stay in this hotel again in the future:)”
