“What an amazing place, we had a great stay here but unfortunately too short. The room was great, the staff were really kind and helpful. Food, both dinner and breakfast was great.
Overall the place was amazing, quiet and charming. The tennis court was also an extra plus. Really close to the amazing City of Siena.”

“🇬🇧 English
Chapter Hills is a beautiful property that clearly aims to offer a refined and sophisticated Tuscan experience. The rooms are full of character, staying true to the charm of traditional Tuscan stone buildings, with lovely architectural details and a warm atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and housekeeping is excellent throughout the stay.
The real highlight, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and...

“We loved the hotel, but the service was very poor. I can give a few examples from some of all the mishaps during our stay. During one breakfast I wanted to sit in the shade, so I asked one of the waiters for help in moving the parasol. The response I got was "madam it is very heavy". The waiter then watched me and my husband move it by ourselves without offering to help. The day after I was carrying two plates from the breakfast buffé to my table and one of the waiters asked me if they could...

“This a lovely property in the heart of Tuscany. Views across the rolling hills are phenomenal. Interiors of the old buildings have been redone with taste and practicality. Beautiful church on property plus heated pool. Staff top notch. Our suite was large and very tasteful. One caveat: it is semi-remote so if no car you will eat all your meals there. Good restaurant. Even with car, driving out to dinner will be challenging because of winding roads.”

“We got upgraded and the room was fanastic and rustic. friendly straff, environment and service was great. The only complain we have is the more simple restaurant, La Cantina, that didn't live up to any italian culinary experience at all. The food we had was very tasteless and lacked sign of creativity and the wine the served us was waaay to warm. My husband is a sommelier himself and we have visited several fine dining restaurants over the world and have to say that we expected more from this...

“A wonderful stay at The Club House. This is a gorgeous place in a beautiful setting in the heart of Chianti. The property is immaculate, the staff friendly and the food delicious. We have been to wonderful hotels all over the world but this place is really special. It was our second visit (we stayed in August 2025). Everything was great but if I had to be picky I would say the gym is insanely hot in the morning (despite asking for the air con to be put on the evening before). Also, having...
