“The hotel itself is wonderful, offering excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a great location right next to the marina. Overall, it’s a lovely place. Unfortunately, the dining experience at the attached restaurant was really disappointing. Both my dish—burnt, almost inedible risotto—and my companion’s tasteless seafood pasta were far below expectations. The service in the restaurant was also subpar. It’s a shame, as everything else about the hotel was so great.”

“We had the best welcome ever! Our car broke down and we had to find a place to spend the night and arrived late and tired to the hotel and they were super sweet and they offered us a Prosecco and little snack to relax after the car nightmare we had. We ended staying another night as the place is beautiful, the shower has the perfect pressure, the bed is comfy and the staff is so nice. ♥️”

“Lovely hotel located half way between Mirmare Castle and central Trieste, 5 mins from the waterfront, good bus service outside. Very quaint and old fashioned but perfectly functional and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. They provide rice crackers at breakfast, as an alternative to bread (useful if you are gluten free) Staff were friendly and helpful. Windows were double glazed in our 2nd floor room, so no problems with traffic noise. Free Wifi was ok for social media etc.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was much larger than expected, with lots of space to spread out. The hot tub was also a huge bonus! The location is excellent too - a small and cute village that is a short drive to hiking trailheads and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I spent one night at Hotel Warmbaderh. It was absolutely lovely. The hotel arranged for my pickup/dropoff at the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room and facilities were clean.
