“The property was extremely well maintained. The beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles in either direction. There is no seaweed problem in Puerto Vallarta! Food options at the hotel are delicious but for a stay longer than 5 days you will likely repeat meals. The Italian "pop-up" pizza and pasta was outstanding. Service was great poolside and at the restaurants.”

“Que la atencion es muy personalizada, la barra tiene buenas bebidas y no es como otras que silo ponen lo mas baratito o chafa. Las albercas y la playa en general estan bastante bien y accessibles. Probablemente en la alberca principal de los niños haga falta un poco mas de camastros, pero muy bien cuidado todo.”

“Vale completamente la pena hospedarse en este hotel, la atención por parte de todo el personal es increíble, la habitacion, impecable, amplia y con vista espectacular, la alberca del roof tiene el mejor atardecer, y en definitiva lo que nos fascinó a mi esposo y a mi fueron los alimentos, todo delicioso y fresco, la cafeteria tiene pan delicioso. Gracias a todo el personal por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia increíble.”

“We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and...
