“Exclusive hotel in the middle of the cloudforest with the most service minded staff we have ever encountered. Excellent food and coctails. Two smaller pools that was nice to warm up in after rainy hikes. Lots of animals on the premises.
The sun sets were spectacular.”

“Nice place and helpful staf. Clean.
The breakfast was ok with yoghurt, different egg and toast as well as sweets.
We did have alot of problems with the wifi, not just in the rooms but outside as well. A few times we needed to go to nearby cafes to be able to have connection enought time to be able to finalize booking of trips etc
But other than that, is was a nice place

“Staying here was paradise. I have stayed at a lot of hotel but this was one of the best. The staff was so kind, attentive and friendly. It is the kind of place where everyone remembers your name and makes you feel truely welcomed. Kevin at the front desk checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed

“My family & I (husband, 2 boys ages 11 & 15) stayed at the San Rafael Ecolodge for 7 nights in mid February. We had never stayed in such a place before & had an absolutely wonderful time!
