“Booked this hotel thru Hotels.com. While I have no complaints about the hotel, the room I reserved was not the one I ordered. I reserved a beach view w/king size bed. When I got there- they said I didn’t have enough Marriott ‘status’ to get that room… After a big to-do, and an upgrade courtesy of our friends, we were able to get the room we reserved. The Hotel was not anywhere near capacity and they claimed they had no availability to accommodate us. ”

“This property had just opened a week before we arrived. May7-14. The resort and beach are beautiful. They are still in the transition stages. They are in the stage of training staff. The staff were all so very nice and helpful. I can see this resort becoming a top resort in Antigua.. The food also needs some attention. But all in all we enjoyed our stay. ”
