âHonestly could not fault this place at all. Staff very welcoming and attentive. If things were not available in your room they would be more than happy to help and provide eg. Iron and Iron Board.
The breakfast was amazing and the fresh pastel del nata was even better than what Iâve had in Portugal! 10/10 recommend â

âNice room and a good area but there is three floors with no lift. I lived on the top floor and it got really hot so I had to sleep with the windows open and a fan on as there is no ac. â

âWe really enjoyed our stay at Holly Lodge. Our room was lovely, and it was clean and comfortable. It was great having air con in the room. Breakfast was also great. We wouldnât hesitate to stay here again if weâre in the area.â

âSuper cute establishment! Room was super clean, room service came every day and replenished everything. 2 complimentary bottles of water provided every day. Staff literally bent over backwards to accommodate every step of the way. The restaurant was absolutely fire!!â

âEasy check in, on first impression room was a good size , bed comfortable , bathroom the toilet looked like it had been broken for dome time, we did message North gate to inform them along with photos, but no response , crack in toilet seat is unhygienic !
Cobwebs in the bathroom as well
Breakfast was ok
We did inform someone about the toilet seat again when we checked outâ
