Country Cottage on the Lakeshore--Few Minutes from Beach

  • Country cottage, sitting in between the two beach towns of Saugatuck and South Haven. This property is also right on the Lakeshore on the Lake Michigan Shore Wine Trail. Across the street is a farm that sells fresh eggs, fruit, vegetables, etc. You pull out of the private drive and turn left or right and you will hit a public beach in the next two miles. One of the beaches is a county park with a playground, restrooms, and baseball field. Pets are accepted with a fee.

Cute house near the beach. Lovely lawn perfect for looking at the stars and very quiet at night. Clean rooms and many amenities (including filled ice trays) with clear instructions and easy checkout. Would love to stay again next summer at the lake!

Property felt like our own home for our stay! Truly Immaculate and comfortable. Owners very quick to respond to any questions or issues. We found a bee’s nest in the fire pit at lunchtime and the owners had it removed by dinner time! Would definitely rent again if available!! We highly recommend this rental!!

Love this property! Our annual mother/daughter trip was another success at this property that we returned to for a second year! We would highly recommend. The home is clean and well-kept with all the amenities you'd need. The area is perfect- we loved being able to hop between South Haven, Holland, and Fennville. Would highly recommend the Blue Goose Cafe for breakfast and Crane's for the most delicious homemade pie. Overall a wonderful stay!

Perfect house for our group of four. Clean, well furnished, quiet area, large back yard and close to Lake Michigan. West Side Park was close by and great for rock hunting. We would stay again.

We came out from San Diego four of use for my nieces wedding in South Haven but enjoyed our accommodations and the beautiful countryside, The proximity to the lake and Saugatuck great little town!

Girls trip with my two pups was amazing at this great property! Enjoyed the home and serene location while being able to easily explore surrounding towns. Would love to return!

Attentive host, perfect home!

We had a group of 5 women for a Girls weekend and this home was perfect! Enjoyed evening bonfire in the secluded backyard and board games at the large kitchen table! Home was clean, beds were comfy and close to town!
