Now to address your complaints: We provide all guests with a direct phone number for any questions they may have during their stay, which is provided by the booking platform and a personal welcome email from me, with the check-in info. We would have gladly helped had you contacted us. Additionally, we email a 20 page guest guide that covers most of the questions you raised - including a step-by step guide how to use the Nest thermostat (with photos!), TV's, Hot Tub. I'll review the document to make sure it's current and easy to understand. The mattresses are less than a year old, cost $2,000 each and are individually pocket sprung, metal framed with a high grade memory foam top layer - this is why you were sinking into the bed, not because 'so many people have used the mattresses'. Kindly let your future hosts know you have disability requirements (such as bed and sofa height, step access etc.), hosts can provide this information to help you make an informed reservation, based on your individual needs. And if you have problems during your stay, please contact the hosts so they can try to help. We wish you well on your next vacation.

Hey Karin, Thanks for the review and for taking great care of the property. I'm hoping to open up more of the wooded lot should guests want to walk dogs on the property. However the huge fenced yard is the major hit for pup parents, as the dogs can run wild off leash. We also have Felt Mansion about 10 minute drive away, which I listed in your guest information. The trails go for miles and connect directly to the dog friendly beach - it's a truly beautiful place to take a hike with pups. Hope to see you again some day Ash :)

Hey Kim! Thank you for the feedback and apologies for it not being a 5 star experience. As mentioned when we spoke during your stay, I've passed the feedback on to House Keeping (who were mortified!), they're usually 100% but definitely dropped the ball this time.
