The location cannot be beat! Upon entering from the second floor of the building, you’ll be greeted with views of the canal from the front balcony. Step in and you will find an open-concept living and dining area, creating a welcoming and airy space. The downstairs is equipped with a spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, and a full bathroom. Wander up to the second floor to find both generous-sized bedrooms and a newly renovated full bathroom.
There are two assigned spots in the building's parking lot, as well as a town of Fenwick parking pass should you need them. There is limited storage in a locked container on the ground level next to the hose bib that has 4 beach chairs and fold-up table. There is also a Cool Bananas shade canopy for your use (just inside the front door).
Every Sunday night at 9P - sit on the deck and look south toward OC for weekly fireworks.
