Komplett och totalrenovering avslutad i juni 2019. Tre fulla sovrum och 3 1/2 badrum bara nÄgra steg frÄn havet. GÄ ut genom dörren, gÄ till höger och gÄ ett halvt block till havet. Inga upptagna gator att korsa. FÄr knappast bÀttre.

1: a vÄningen: drottning BR & badrum och bakre dÀck frÄn sovrummet
2: a vÄningen: Kök (Refrig., Spis, D / W, Mikro) Slider till DÀck dÀr du kan gÄ och hÀnga eller gÄ och fÄ nÄgra krabbor och njut av dem dÀr ute. Nya trÀgolv hela.

3: e vÄningen: Sovrum med eget badrum och det andra sovrummet med en fullstÀndig hall bad. Sovrummet har dÀck med utsikt över havet.

This property was even better than expected! So many things in walking distance! We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the bikes. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super comfortable! The host is very responsive and we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 2 weeks. Perfect location. I needed my car twice to get groceries. Everything is in walking distance from mini golf, go carts, surf shops, restraints and the beach. The condo was perfect size for our family of 5 and very clean

Another wonderful vacation. This is our second time staying, and it was amazing. The house is clean, well-appointed, homey, and perfect for our family. The beach is only steps away! We loved sitting on the back deck, biking, and the pool. The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating or responsive. Fenwick is a hidden treasure. Thank you for another perfect vacation.

Our stay in Fenwick Island was fabulous! The condo was clean, well stocked and very close to the beach. The owner is wonderful, very good communication! Besides beach chairs, they also provide a BBQ and bikes which we loved! Always a fun time at this location/condo!

This is our second year staying at this lovely beach home and we continue to love it! The kitchen is stocked with lots of functional equipment, the short walk to the beach allows for all of us to come and go throughout the day - including my 12 year old, and having the bikes and beach gear on-site frees up so much space in the car! The pool is perfect for those days when you need a dip to cool off but aren't up for a beach day. Highly recommend!

We had a marvelous stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-stocked beach townhouse. The location was terrific - just across the street from the entrance to the beach. The pool was great for cooling off, too. The home is even more lovely than the pictures indicate. And, the owner is thoughtful and easy to communicate with - the house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, and check-in and out was a breeze. Our family of five fit very comfortably. We are already booking for next year!

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. The house is immaculate, well-appointed, and feels like home. The owner, Richard, couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. Some highlights: being steps to the beach, the quaint town with shopping in walking distance, the up to date kitchen with ice maker, the balconies, quiet street, and comfy beds. We will be coming back. Thank you, Richard for the much needed break from reality.

The owners have done a thoughtful and lovely job updating the property (new kitchen, new floors, updated baths). This townhome is in a sought after townhouse community because of its proximity to the beach and the community pool. We will definitely be staying there next summer!

This was our first visit to Fenwick Island and we couldn't have been happier! The house is located just the right distance from the beach and the road - enough so my 11 year old could easily make it back and forth from the house without any concern. As someone who cooks quite a bit on vacation, it was a delight to find high-quality supplies and some kitchen basics already available. Between the location and access to the beach cruisers, we didn't move the car all week - even took a ride up to Bethany for the day. The wifi allowed 3 of 4 adults to work online without any problems and there was lots of space to tuck away for zoom calls or meetings without having to keep the entire house hushed. Will definitely be back!

Great location! We were only a minute walk from the beach. The place was clean and looked very modern. We had great communication with owner and we highly recommend staying here. A+++

Found the house as advertised. Newly renovated. Huge washer and dryer. Excellent location close to beach and many restaurants. Rarely needed the car. Owner very responsive. Hope to come back next year!

This property was wonderful! Recently updated unit! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need! There was even a barbeque available for our use! They had beach chairs, umbrella, & boggy boards! It was only 1/2 block to beach, plus a pool for the guests use! Walking distance to everything you'd need! Highly recommend this property!

Unit has been completely redone, decorated very tastefully, and kitchen is very well equipped. Owner very nice and available to assist you. We had a great time, our 48th summer in Fenwick!
