“Property looks old, but well maintained and was the cheapest option for Fourth of July. Expected to be a lot worse since being the cheapest, but staff was excellent in maintaining the property to be as clean as can be. ”

“Great trip again in Fenwick. Last year we stayed in the unit below, and this experience was just as great. Location is excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Matt’s Fish Camp next store is great. Water park was awesome. Check out Rope Walk in OCMD if you have little kids for a great restaurant with kid friendly playground. We’ll be back!”

“Can't beat this property in Fenwick. Proximity to the beach is unbelievable. Enough room for the whole family and large living space so you aren't in top of each other. Pool after the beach every day was a perfect end to each day.”

“The cleanliness of this house was terrible. My young children found pills under 2 of the beds which is just dangerous. The house was very dusty like it had not been actually cleaned at all recently. There were dirty towels in two of the bathrooms. We moved the couch slightly to be able to use the recliner, and there was like a pile of sand underneath. The house also needs some serious updating. There was a broken chair out on the upper deck. Most of the outlets were too loose to hold any plugs...
