The three-room flat is in a panoramic position overlooking the Nera River Valley, surrounded by a large olive grove, and is located within a country house called Santa Croce, with five other flats with which it shares common facilities such as a swimming pool, parking and barbecue area.
The three-room apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. Ideal for 4/6 persons.
Guests have access to the private swimming pool equipped with a sun umbrella, sun beds and deck chairs reserved for each flat, a shady barbecue area with a fireplace for cooking with wood, equipped with tables and chairs, and a relaxation area with hammocks in the olive grove.

The Santa Croce farmhouse is situated in a panoramic and privileged position with respect to the village of Ferentillo located at the bottom of the valley and less than a kilometre away. A ten minute walk (800 metres) takes you to the main square of the village where you can find everything, grocery, bank, post office, hairdresser, green cross, public gardens, town hall.
The flats enjoy a spacious and very green view over the valley at the bottom of which flows the lively and transparent Nera river, which from the Sibillini mountains descends towards Terni, giving its name to the Valnerina (valley of the Nera river).
Nestled in a large family olive grove, the Santa Croce flats are the perfect place for those seeking to relax and disconnect from everyday life.
The spectacular Marmore waterfall is only 9 km from the flats and can also be reached on foot along the Nera Greenway!
The Valnerina is a paradise for active holidaymakers, offering easy walks along the river or trekking trails to discover ghost towns, fortified castles, abbeys or panoramic peaks. There are also many itineraries for mountain bikers and e-bikers, with the possibility of hiring bikes and being accompanied by an expert guide.
Along the river Nera you can go rafting (also soft), hydrospeed, canoeing and river walking (trekking on the bed of the Marmore Falls).
The Santa Croce farmhouse is also in a strategic position for visiting the small villages of the Valnerina or the most famous Umbrian cities such as Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Norcia, Montefalco, Todi...all reachable in less than an hour!
