NEWLY REFURBED Coach house, private garden, Hot Tub, Games rm, Lake, Up to 8pax


The Coach house is a unique and quirky grade II listed building located within the grounds by the Longham lakes.
It has a large and spacious kitchen with dining for up to 8 with back door to the secluded and fenced garden with option of hot tub and large outdoor table with lounge style seating.
Charcoal BBQ, bar style seating around the palm tree and a fire pit makes it the perfect place to spend your summer evenings.
The garage has been converted into a rustic games room with pool table and dartboard

HOT TUB INFORMATION

There is a charge for use of the hot tub as we use an external company to hire in the tub.
Prices start from £100 for a weekend hire for a 2-4 person tub, £120 for a 4-6 person tub and £145 for a 5-7 person tub

Details will be sent to you via email so you can choose your own tub, upgrade if required, add a gazebo, string lights etc. Disclaimers will need to be signed.

Please also note if there is a same day changeover we will need to empty the tub and refill so it may not be quite ready by the time of check in.

For 3 nights plus prices vary (not by much) so please speak to Christina.
Weekly rates come in from £140.

Eccelectic and peaceful lounge with 50inch SMART TV with patio doors to the garden
Bedroom 3 (double bed) is located on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Upstairs:
Bed 1 is a huge space with king size bed, Day bed (used as a single or double) en-suite walk in shower.
Bed 2 is a good size double bedroom with separate bathroom next door with bath and overhead shower
There are 2 pubs within walking distance and some more great Pub restaurants only a 5 minute drive away.
Close to Parley Manor Wedding venue and Deans Court Wedding venue.


PLEASE NOTE
There is a £25 charge for each guest over 4. This is to cover the additional cost of linen and services. We receive a lot of bookings for just 4 guests so this charge is to be able to keep the pricing fair for all group sizes.

The property was spotlessly clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The hot tub was only an inflatable one, it did take a long time to heat up. Other than that, everything was perfect for our long weekend away. We would most definitely consider booking again. Christina was faultless, the perfect hostess

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Really well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. Christina, the owner, was absolutely wonderful - got straight back to me whenever I had a question or a problem. We absolutely loved the garden and games room, but the house was also wonderful - plenty of room for all of us to spread out (we were 6 adults, a baby, and three large dogs!)

We stayed at this property as a group of girls and had the most amazing time! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning decor — stylish, modern, and clearly put together with great attention to detail. The entire place was absolutely spotless, and the level of cleanliness really impressed us.The facilities were top-notch and made our stay extra special. The property has been recently renovated, and you can really tell — everything felt fresh and high-end. The games room was a huge hit, giving us hours of fun and laughter. We also opted to rent the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings.Communication with the host was superb throughout. Christina was friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy, from booking to check-out. We felt genuinely looked after, and it made the whole experience even better.All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Beautiful home, brilliant amenities, and great vibes all around. Highly, highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the coach house. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped. We were blessed with good weather so made good use of the hot tub. Christina is an excellent host.

Adult Family with 2 Dogs Lovely Stay

My husband and I celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary with my parents. The Coach House is beautifully decorated! We were lucky with the weather and spent a lot of our evenings in the garden. A previous review mentioned the garden not being secure for their dog. Before booking I checked if this was being rectified as we have 2 Westies. I was assured it would be before the start of the season, and confirm the garden is secure for Westie sized and upwards dogs. As well as Bournemouth and Poole being within easy reach by car, locally shop wise there is a lovely M&S Foodhall and a Tesco store just further along the main road. Longham Lakes just being down from the entrance road was perfect for walks. The house had all you could need for cooking meals. We did also visit The Angel Inn which is a 5 minute drive and is dog friendly. The staff were excellent and the pub style food was great. They have plenty of garden space for the summer months. We also went there for a lovely breakfast on our last morning. Christina is an excellent host. She answered all my questions before and after booking and checked in by message during our stay. We would return for sure!

Relaxing and generous property

The Coach House was beautiful, spacious and extremely relaxing. The hot tub and private garden was a bonus. The location is excellent too. It was perfect for our pre teen, my elderly father, our dog and the rest of us!

Great stay for a New Year getaway!

We loved the little touches that made the Coach House very homely and a little bit quirky. Much more spacious than we thought from the photos. 3 double rooms with a bathroom each, so perfect for 3 couples. A large kitchen, and a large lounge/dining area. Very cosy. Loved the hot tub although the area felt a little exposed to the neighbours in the winter! And great local pubs to walk to. We had a fab dinner at The Pear at Parley, and lunch the following day at The Angel. Would return and highly recommend!

Wonderful memories made!

We had a wonderful stay in Longham! The house itself if situated in a very central location for tourists within easy access to lots of great places. It was tricky to get in and out of the ring road it's just off, but it was a Bank Holiday which is most likely why! It's said it slept 7-8 however we feel the pull out bed suits one small child only. One of our children slept with us or on a made up bed on the floor. The cleaner had forgot to make up our beds but the host was able to clearly tell me where everything I needed was kept and I was able to do this myself. The garden was where we spent most of our time, relaxing, eating and in the hot tub. Dogs were welcome and the utility space was fantastic even offering washing machines etc if needed. The kitchen was very well equipped making life very easy to cook and was home from home. All in all we made some fantastic memories, enjoyed the home and location very much and would like to thank Christina for having us! My sons 10th birthday was one to remember and thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Holiday with family for my 60th...

Absolutely fab house,great decor and quirky signs everywhere,love it.. Would highly recommend it was spotlessly clean,tidy and very spacious,you definitely feel relaxed,just what you need after working all year.. Host Christina is lovely,very responsive when you call her with any problems and sorted straight away.. Lovely quiet area and not far from Poole and Bournemouth...my family and myself would definitely return in the future...

Lovely property

A fantastic house that catered for all our needs. It’s comfortable and clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are large and bright and there was plenty of space for everyone. We hoped to make use of the sofa bed for 2 children (6 & 9) but it was too small and only really large enough for 1 child. Wouldn’t hesitate on re booking and staying here again. Lots of local amenities and good location for exploring Dorset. An excellent property and great host.

Lovely house but issues with the garden

The Coach House was beautifully decorated and had some very modern features inside, including the lights that I don't think we ever really got to grips with but we managed to get them to come on and go off so that was a bonus ! The kitchen had all the gadgets that you could ever need and three bathrooms and an extra loo was a bonus. However, we did have an issue with the garden not being secure for dogs and our terrier sized dog could easily have got out and had to be on the lead whenever we were in the garden. For this reason, unfortunately, we would not return.

Perfect spot for getting around the Jurassic Coast

Wonderful property with excellent facilities. Stayed for a few days after walking the Jurassic Coast and the house couldn't of been more perfect for our needs. Great garden with hot tub that was exactly what we needed to soothe our sore feet. Brilliant kitchen with all we needed to make our evening meals, particularly enjoyed having the big island which allowed us to sit around the kitchen and be sociable with our head chef. Location was ideal to quickly get to the start of our challenge at Corfe Castle and access the rest of the Jurassic Coast.
