This beautifully appointed condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 1 king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in the other rooms. The master bedroom also includes a work desk, perfect for remote work or planning your adventures.



Each bedroom comes with its own TV, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy for you, your family, or your friends. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.



Located on the 3rd floor, the condo offers stunning mountain views from the private patio, where you’ll also find a BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals at home.



Guests also have access to excellent on-site amenities, including a pool, spa, steam room, and gym — everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, and gym may close without notice for maintenance or other circumstances. These closures are determined by the facility and are outside of my control.

Guest Access:

Guests will have use of the entire condo, the shared hot tub, the shared pool/spa area, the shared gym and all common spaces in the Silver Rock building.

Guests enjoy the ease of being close to everything while still tucked into a quiet, scenic residential area.

Other Things to Note:

I manage this condo for a lovely couple who has a dog. If you have allergies please know that a lovely dog does come into the unit a few times a year.

The gym, hot tub, and all other amenities outside the condo unit are managed exclusively by the strata. Any closures or maintenance during your stay are determined by them and are outside of our control.



Guest Verification & Waiver Requirement

To keep our homes safe, secure, and enjoyable for everyone, the booking guest is required to complete a quick ID verification and the booking guest to sign our guest waiver after booking. Your information is kept private, handled securely, and never shared with third parties. It is used only for guest verification and to ensure a smooth, worry‑free stay. You’ll receive the verification link and waiver immediately after your reservation is confirmed. Please complete both steps promptly to finalize your booking.
